cancellation policy

YOU WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PENALTY. CANCELLATION WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOD WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE UPON BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR 50% OF THE BASE PRICE SERVICE. "NO SHOW" APPOINTMENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE.

late policy

PLEASE TRY TO BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SERVICE, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. IN THIS CASE, YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH SERVICE YOU NEED?

WE DON’T EXPECT YOU TO KNOW WHAT YOU NEED, THAT IS WHY A CONSULTATION IS NECESSARY! THIS WILL ALL DEPEND ON YOUR STARTING POINT, END GOAL AND HOW MUCH YOU ARE CUTTING OFF (A SIGNIFICANT CUT USUALLY REQUIRES THE ENDS TO BE LIGHTENED AGAIN).

CLEAN VS DIRTY HAIR...WHICH IS BETTER BEFORE A COLOR SERVICE?

TAKE NOTE THAT NEITHER DIRTY HAIR NOR FRESHLY-WASHED HAIR IS GOOD FOR COLORING. THAT MEANS: PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH "GREASY" HAIR. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "DIRTY" (A DAY OR TWO UNWASHED HAIR) AND "GREASY" HAIR (SO DIRTY WHERE THE COLOR CAN NOT LIFT THE HAIR). PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH WET HAIR (FRESHLY WASHED HAIR). WE CANT APPLY COLOR TO WET HAIR. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA BLOW DRY.
